Why Should I Try Yoga?
In recent years yoga has become one of the most popular fitness classes around. According to a recent survey 15,875,000 Americans are practicing yoga. There are so many benefits to yoga that one class can check a lot of boxes. Stressful day at work? Yoga can help with that. Sore back from chasing the grandkids? Yoga can fix that. Hyperactive four year old with the attention span of a puppy? Yoga can teach them to focus. Yoga can also increase flexibility, enhance athletic performance, help balance your metabolism, and improve your posture. Anyone can practice yoga, from beginners, kids, the elderly, the yoga enthusiast, this is a class for everyone.
Dream Dance Studios will be offering yoga classes starting October 4, with several classes to choose from. We will have a class on Thursdays from 11-12, perfect for your lunch hour. Want to bring the kiddos along? No problem, we also offer a parent/child class on Saturdays at 9:00-9:45. Need some Me Time? Adult only yoga on Saturdays at 9:45-10:45. This schedule is so flexible its clearly been practicing yoga!
